Selection Process
OBr.global’s selective process was developed based on the best practices of the experiences accumulated throughout OBr’s international business acceleration journey since 1998.
The indicators currently adopted in Phase 1 reproduce a summary of the startup evaluation process applied in Silicon Valley, combined with experiences in international expansion projects conducted by OBr.global.
In Phase 2, an interview is conducted for a detailed understanding of the project and Phase 3 provides for a coexistence experience during a Bootcamp, with simulated situations that are likely to take place during the acceleration period.

Selection Phases
PHASE 1 – ANSWER THE INDICATORS
Answer the 3 online questionnaires with 10 questions each. You will find them on the Indicators page.

PHASE 2 – BUSINESS QUALIFIER INTERVIEW
Interview with a market specialist for a detailed understanding of the project using methodology and briefing and validation documents.
PHASE 3 – OBR BOOTCAMP – INTERACTION
Interaction workshop with the project teams that passed Phase 2. Simulations of acceleration activities for the final selection of the projects to be accelerated in the acceleration programs.
