I like to explore the unknown, do the impossible and improve myself every day. My mission is to inspire and prepare entrepreneurs, executives and entrepreneurs to make better decisions.

For over 30 years I have been accumulating life and business experiences, acting as an executive, consultant, Business Mentor, educator and entrepreneur.

I’ve been in the innovation, entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem since 2010. In the Business Mentorship since 2012.

I’m a co-founder and I was CEO of the Brazilian Association of Business Mentors – ABMEN for two terms (2016-2018 and 2019-2020). Recently, I collaborated to create the concept of “Business Mentorship” and to develop an innovative methodology for Business Mentorship sessions in Brazil, the PMBM.

I developed leadership skills of multidisciplinary teams, strategic and marketing planning, project management and negotiation throughout my career. My executive profile is aligned with the challenges of making business possible from scratch to the top and of recovering them when they lose their way.
